Does anyone still have their annuals? If so, would you mind looking up this recipe for me? I don't have my annuals anymore (or I don't know where they are), and I would love to make this recipe again.
TIA.

Thanks so much, but that's nothing like the one I'm searching for. It was very light, very European and had celery root in it. I found the ingredient list on an index website but not the quantities. But thank you for looking.

I found the book at our library. Our library system actually delivers books straight to your house, so the book will show up some time this week! I have to remember to use the library more often.

Hope you can find it. Reminds me of potato and pasta salad made with tzatziki sauce. You could tweak it, and add the ingredients you remember.

Your library has amazing service! Once you have the book I'd be grateful if you could share the recipe. Cucumber, potatoes and celery root sounds like a delicious combination.
