This is my absolute favorite. I can't remember who posted it on the other board originally, but it is so amazingly good!
Blue Cheese Cole Slaw

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, sugar and vinegar. Add the coleslaw mix, grapes and carrots and stir until evenly coated. Chill until serving.

This is my new favorite. It is best served just after the lime juice has been added, so I mix in the lime juice only to what I am going to serve. The extras get refrigerated and tossed with lime juice before serving. Spicy Cabbage and Red Onion Slawwww.seriouseats.com/recipes/2016/08/spicy-cabbage-red-onion-slaw-recipe.html1 small head cabbage, thinly shredded (about 1 pound; 450g) 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (about 6 ounces; 170g) Handful fresh mint and cilantro leaves, minced 1 to 2 green Thai bird chilies 1 tablespoon (15ml) juice from 1 lime, plus more to taste Kosher salt In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, herbs, chilies, and lime juice. Season with a big pinch of salt and massage to soften slightly. Taste and season with more salt or lime juice to taste. Serve immediately.
