The hardcover books are broken down by food catagory, and there about 28 books in total.The color photos are beautiful, IMOParticularly for the time/era. The techniques are in the front as I recall, and recipes in the back of the books.Back when, you could buy one featured hardcovered book a week for about 99 cents at the market.I have several I've collected over time. My favorite is the Pasta book. If you have a chance, check them out at the library. I've been filling in my collection with copies I've found on eBay.
