Hi all, just wanted to share this Chana Masala recipe I just posted on my blog. It's pretty easy to prepare, mildly spicy and very healthy! The recipe is from the original Oh She Glows cookbook which I love, along with Angela's more recent book "Oh She Glows Everyday". There are so many great recipes that fit the heart-healthy way we eat these days. This Chana Masala is perfect for a cold day! Chana Masala

Thanks so much Gecko! I'm not a food blogger but more a health blogger, so I share recipes I find and like from other blogs and cookbooks that fit the heart healthy lifestyle. Hope you like the Chana Masala as much as we did.
