Bread, cheese, broccoli that is sautéed with lots of garlic and pepper flakes, and tossed with lemon zest, juice and pecorino cheese, and then all broiled up until the cheese gets all melted. Sounds good to me, and it was! I had lots of broccoli on hand (I forgot I had some in the fridge, and bought some more) and I wanted to use do something different than my usual just roast it. Here's a link. smittenkitchen.com/2016/02/broccoli-melts/ I basically followed with only small changes, I didn't use provolone, just some leftover cheese I had in the fridge etc... And who doesn't like a pic of melty cheese, here's a pic from her site.

Erin -- If you try it, hope you like it!
Karen -- I'm with you, cheese is a good thing! The broccoli alone was really good, but, you know to follow the recipe as written, I used the bread. And, well the cheese too. Ha.
I thought it was really good!

Thanks for sharing, I am addicted to Avocado Toasts at the moment and might try this recipe for a change.
