I'm thinking of making the swordfish and shrimp curry from the new barefoot contessa book, cooking with Jeffrey. Any suggestions for a salad that would go with it? Thanks! (it's similar to this recipe - annapump.com/shrimp_and_swordfish_curry.htm )

The recipe link won't open. When I hear curry, I think of asian-themed salads....if you wanted something hearty, you could make the dressing a peanut sauce based version. Asian slaw? or what about wilted spinach with fish-sauce (nam pla) in the dressing? or a rice-based salad with shredded veggies?

Unable to view the recipe. Don't think the link is working.
When I see the word Curry I think of Indian food. Perhaps a cool salad like cucumbers tomatoes and onions. Or cucumber and sour cream salad. Or couscous cucumber salad with dill and lemon juice, or raita and naan bread on the side.

I edited the link earlier so it should work now. It's not really indian - think seafood stew... what would you serve with a seafood stew? Thanks -

Endive salad or fried goat cheese and roasted beet salad with crusty bread and butter. The flavor profile is a little hard to figure out, but I'd go with anything Seasonal that grabs you.
