Spicy Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini (Saveur) (274 views)

I don't buy cauliflower often, but this recipe might change that. I am a total wimp in the heat department, so I would cut back on the jalapeno or just leave out -- I think it sounds good without it too.

I just thought I would post for you cauliflower fans. Has anyone made this?
