I have seen many recipes for crab + spinach. Do you think it works well? I just tweaked a recipe using cornmeal, crab and spinach and thought the cornmeal and crab worked well, but the spinach...not a deal breaker but not a wow. THoughts?

I wouldn't go out of my way.
However really good crab is so expensive that I generally want to use it to highlight its flavor.

Have a hard time combining spinach and crab on my imaginary tongue. Flatfish like sole yes - a la Florentine.

Thanks ladies. I know it is used in recipes but this particular combo that night tasted "off" to me. Maybe I am spoiled with pristine crab that anything that adulterates it is no longer appealing to me.
