Can we have the recipe? That sounds like a delicious and well-rounded meal for the whole family. I used to cook instant pot corned beef cabbage a while ago. Here's a recipe for you to try: Ingredients: 3 lb corned beef brisket 1 onion, sliced 3 garlic cloves, minced 4 cups water 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 bay leaf 1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges Instructions: Rinse the corned beef brisket and place it in the Instant Pot. Add sliced onion, minced garlic, black pepper, and bay leaf. Pour in 4 cups of water and give everything a quick stir. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 90 minutes. Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for about 10-15 minutes, then use the quick release to let out any remaining pressure. Remove the corned beef from the Instant Pot and set it aside on a cutting board to rest. Add the cabbage wedges to the Instant Pot and stir them in the liquid until coated. Secure the lid back on the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Once the cooking time is up, use the quick release to let out the pressure. Use a slotted spoon to remove the cabbage wedges from the Instant Pot. Slice the corned beef against the grain and serve it alongside the cooked cabbage.
