Hi. In my city there is a small pub, the Knulp, in addition to craft and Trappist beers, offers recipes of Zythogastronomy, that is, recipes with beer or to be combined with beer. I tried the beer stew, a typical Belgian recipe. It was great! Do you know any other recipe of this type?
