This was very good. My neighbor made dinner and dropped it off at my apartment. She said she basically followed the recipe.

This was dinner tonight, I have it a little Mexican twist by seasoning the scallops with Trader Joe's Chile Lime seasoning, squeezing in a lime and adding a few spoons of Trader Joe's Hatch Chili Salsa. Very simple, very delicious! Thanks applecrisp!
