SO much angst about serving Bean Soup (beans) on Toast! She asked a question that 140 people thought was helpful.

I guess it's sacrilegious to ask if one could do this with canned beans? Jus' sayin'? (And I'd guess we'd need to know how much to use.)

Would that be because in many parts of the world, cups are not used to measure? I suspect that's the case. And, in many parts of the world, they don't go to stores to get things like yogurt, either, so they make their own. Most of the rest of the world outside the USA use metric measurements/weights.

It surprises me that 141 foreigners thought that was an issue about whether to put one bean on their toast, 1/2 cup beans, or dump the whole can!

In YOUR kitchen? Recipe instructions -
"Take your biscuit dough out of your fridge and create small biscuits. Add these biscuits over the top of your casserole. Brush each biscuit with your melted butter. Place dish in your oven and bake for 35 minutes. Turn your oven to broil for the last 3 minutes of cooking time to allow the tops of your biscuits to become golden."
