There was a popular Honey-Roasted Corned Beef Brisket recipe, posted almost every year, on the old CLBB board. Does it sound familiar to anyone? It was a 3-day process (which could be shortened to 2 days). I want to make it again. I saved the recipe, but lost it in a computer crash.
