You would think I would know this but I don’t since I rarely use cream cheese. I want to make a taco casserole that contains cream cheese and freeze it for later. Will the cream cheese still be creamy or will the consistency be off? I know I could make the casserole without cream cheese but I have a block I want to use up. Thanks.

The consistency changes, but in a casserole I don't think it would be that noticable.
