This sounded too good not to post (and erin thought of you when I saw it since you liked that strawberry ice cream from the July hit/miss thread). The sauteed peaches alone look great. I've never had balsamic in ice cream but I was intrigued! I haven't had this so no clue if it is as good as it looks. www.budgetbytes.com/no-churn-balsamic-peach-ice-cream/

Hmm, yes interesting. I've made no-churn coffee ice cream from a Nigella recipe. Definitely good. Different texture, but not sure I could describe it now. Been seeing a lot of no-churn recipes. Tempting to plan a party of all no-churn ice creams! Or not

The Balsamic Peach reduction, in the first 2 steps, would make a good topping for your favorite vanilla ice cream.
