Does anyone have a recommendation for a good book about cooking with herbs? Especially fresh herbs? If it includes spices that would be fine too. I'm really a doofus on this subject and so is my sister so I was thinking of sending her a book (and maybe get it for myself too). She's been diagnosed with Fatty Liver Disease and is on a mission to lose weight and better her health. She's a good cook and doesn't really like recipes, but said today she'd like to do more with herbs.
