I don't have an Instant Pot and I am not planning to buy one. However, I read a recipe that I would like try and I wonder if someone could help me estimate a cooking method and timing for this -
"Pour the marinade mixture into the pressure cooker, then place the marinated pork in the pressure cooker on a steamer basket. Season the marinated pork with a pinch of kosher salt on both sides. Close lid and cook at high pressure for 18 minutes, then 12 minutes natural release."

What cut of pork?
If it's something like a roast I would do a low and slow braise in the oven, like a Pernil (Cuban slow roasted pork). Put the pork in a roasting pan, pour the marinade over the whole thing and then slow cook at 325ºF tightly covered for about 15 minutes per pound.

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm sure that will work. It is a small portion of pork butt for a Chinese recipe.

Yes, do a low and slow braise. Check every once in a while to make sure you don't need to add liquid.
