I just saw this on smittenkitchen.com. Cheesecake is not a dessert I would automatically gravitate to (don't get me wrong, I'll happily eat it). And for me, it has to be plain, a big no to fruit topping. But I love the twist of mocha cheesecake since I 'm a huge fan of all things mocha. And, that just looks good. Too involved for me, but for you bakers and cheesecake fans...... smittenkitchen.com/2018/08/layered-mocha-cheesecake/And a picture from her site.

Doesn't it look fabulous?!? I thought so, too. Maybe one day. I made ATK's Triple-Chocolate Mousse Cake (pic from their site). It actually worked, but then when I cut it, the layers smeared. Kinda made me mad, but I am sure it was something I did wrong. Maybe a new knife for each cut?

erin --- That looks sooo good! Some pictures of recipes looks so perfect. I wonder if they froze it a bit to get a cleaner cut. Or maybe they did use different knives or some other trick. I bet it tasted great so the only things your friends and family cared about was, can I get another slice.
