Method Instructions
1: Prepare the Chicken Thighs
Start by washing your hands properly.
Then, heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2: Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are fully coated.
3: Bake the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake them in the already hot oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
