I hope my library has this book in e-book or printed. If it does, I bet there is a nice long wait list going. I just saw this online and I didn't know he was coming out with a new book. I've made a few recipes from his other books and really liked them.
I definitely want to check it out. I did read some had issues with the layout of the e-book (but no biggie for me if it is a library loan).
I know it just came out, but does anyone have it?
And need some new commuting reading, so ordered Food: What the Heck Should I Eat? by Mark Hyman ---- and that title basically sums up how confusing it can be. If nothing else, a good title! I flipped thru the new Skinnytaste book a few days ago, but just a quick look.

The title might have been cut off when viewing the post so I changed it --- it is, Ottolenghi Simple: A Cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi

I downloaded a copy from our library. Haven't looked at it yet. I also bought several ebooks from Amazon. I'm loving ebooks. Also, I wrote you about Calibre... If you load your ebooks into Calibre, you can view them...and, if you like, copy anything from them. So, a recipe, for example, you can copy it to your computer. Calibre is free. (Donations are optional.)

I just looked on amazon and you can see a good amount of the book there. Some very unique combinations. May check it out myself. Thanks!
