I’d like to get an instant read thermometer. Mostly for grilling but will probably use it in the kitchen too. Any faves out there?

Thanks - I remember a discussion on the old CLBB but I couldn’t remember the brand everyone raved about - only that it was expensive  . The ones I saw were like 10 bucks so I knew they weren’t the faves. Off to buy a thermapen. |
