This book is not released yet. I rec'd a copy to review from the publisher. (I signed up to get some previews of misc cookbooks with the intention that I might like them enough to put reviews up at Amazon or somewhere. I haven't yet. This book is the only one related to Instant Pots that I have received so far. It happens that it is the ONE of the bunch that impressed me enough to want to say something about it AND to buy it when it is released!)
I was so impressed with the book that I made myself (and you) a copy of its contents. To browse, to drool, and also as an example of things you can do with your Instant Pot. YES, I want this cookbook when it's finally ready. Look at the depth it covers! (I wish I could show you the details that this book goes into. I'm also learning things from it -- and I thought I knew pretty much all there was to know about IPs before.)
I think maybe this is one of the best overall books I've seen on the subject of Instant Pots. Plus, the photos are amazingly clear and colorful and of good quality.
PS: Vegetarians won't feel left out. I am mostly a vegetarian and I think there is a great mix of recipes and info here for all tastes.
