I don't really like to bake, but I really want to get my hands on Jesse Szewczyk's new book Cookies: The New Classics. He writes for The Kitchn and they have posted some of his new recipes. I've made his Bourbon Pecan Sandies and Apple Cider Doughnut Blondies. Both were big hits. I'm hoping that I can get it from the library, but I might just end up buying it.
