Dorie Greenspan was speaking at a bookstore near me, and I MET HER! She was as charming and lovely as you would imagine. Her husband was too. It was SUCH a thrill, and I couldn't stop smiling the whole time.
I have her new book, and it's a GREAT read.

Sounds so fun -- and so glad you got to me her. She just comes across so nice in her writing and interviews etc.
I was hoping to go see her on Friday but was running late so unfortunately couldn't get there in time.
Have you tried any of the cookie recipes? I requested the book from the library, as one could imagine, I'm not the only one to do that.
