Really good! The recipe is from Laura in the Kitchen (youtube). I changed up a bit but nothing too major (based on what I had/liked). A really good easy weeknight meal since quick, not many ingredients, mainly pantry type ingredients too. To give you an idea of the recipe, chicken, yellow onion, garlic, ch stock, honey, br sugar, mustard..... (note -- I did watch the video and slight difference between vid and recipe, in video she uses combo of dijon and grainy mustard, but in recipe she says ground mustard and djion -- I just went with dijon since that is what I had, and just used what I thought, and she cooked chicken a bit longer in the video) The recipe has such basic ingredients, easy to just change up to your liking. I had with some roasted broccoli and brown rice from the freezer. www.laurainthekitchen.com/recipes/honey-mustard-sauteed-chicken/

applecrisp, thanks for posting. This is something I'd like make but I have a question. There is no ground or grainy mustard in my pantry either. Do you remember approximately how much dijon you used?

swedishcook --- I think there is a typo in the recipe --- or at least from the pic (and the video) you can see that she used grainy mustard and dijon. I think the ground should say grainy. But like you I didn't have either anyway, I just had dijon. I cut the whole recipe in 1/2 and I think, but grrr, didn't make any notes I used a two teaspoons (a bit generous).
I thought it was a good recipe, if you try it, hope you like it!
