Cheddar Chutney Tarts

Makes 4 dozen.
1/2 C. finely grated sharp cheddar cheese 6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1 tsp. curry powder 1/3 C. finely chopped chutney 4 green onions (white and green parts), finely chopped 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
In a small bowl, combine cheeses and curry powder. Mix well. Stir in chutney and green onions. Set aside. One sheet at a time, unfold pastry onto lightly floured work surface. Cut pastry into 2" squares and press squares into “cups of miniature muffin pans, then prick dough with a fork. Place scant teaspoon of cheese mixture in each square. Tarts can be made a day in advance up to this point, wrapped well and refrigerated. Bake at 450° until pastry is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
