Hi Julie! I just read that you can still access the old CLBB Archives. Look for the tread started by cafelatte here under Great Food
I decided to go back to the main archives and resume my tedious work going through as much as I can - starting on page 52. Here is what I found:

Here's one posted just today.
FRED SQUILLANTE | DISPATCH
SPICED PUMPKINSEEDS
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
1 1/2 cups raw pumpkinseeds, well-rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
While the flesh of jack-o-lanterns isn't especially palatable, the seeds are. Roast them in the oven with spices and serve them as a snack.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl to coat. Spread on prepared sheet. Bake until golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.
I usually just use Pensey's blends. We like them spicy so in the past I just use Northwoods Fire or cajun.
PAMMELA:
I boil the seeds in a big pot for about half hour or so, then strain and toss them on a cookie sheet with olive oil and salt and roast til crunchy.

I do mine similar to PAMMELA. Start by cleaning off the seeds as much as possible. Put into a big pot with VERY salty water - this helps them to be well seasoned throughout. Bring to boil then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Strain. Bake at 250 degrees for an hour or two, stirring every so often, until desired crispness.

What I usually do is rinse the seeds really well. Toss them in a 1 or 2 tbsp of melted butter and once they're coated well I add salt or some other spice ( anything you like works well - I've done garlic salt, Tony C's, etc.) and then bake them at 300-350 for about 30-45 minutes. You have to spread them out on the baking sheet and also stir them pretty often.
