More good ones this month. I made the emergency chocolate chip cookie twice! And just found a recipe in Molly Yeh's new book that lets you make one cupcake!
2/3 Emergency Chocolate Chip Cookie (Small Batch Bakes) This was really good! I used 1 tbsp chocolate and 1 tbsp walnuts.
2/6 Broccoli and Cheddar Soup (NYT-Alison Roman) Delicious! Made my own veg broth.
2/12 Muffin Tin Frittatas with Potato, Bell Pepper, and Cheddar Filling (CC 8&9/2013) Delicious! Did stick a little.
2/18 German Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Country Living 9/20) I made these too dark, but didn’t even think about it at the time. Special dark cocoa, a mix of semisweet and dark chocolate. No coconut in cookies. 1.5 oz per cookie. Might try again.
2/20 Short Rib Pot Pie (BA 3/14) Used chuck roast. Delicious filling. Oversalted crust. Would like other veg: at least peas!
