Accidentally bought Cracker Barrel Macaroni and Cheese -- dried stuff -- comes in a box. HOWEVER, tonight husband -- while looking for anything to make for dinner -- decided to nuke it up. (Least, I guess that's what he did.) I was prepared for just awful stuff and I wasn't gone to eat any. He brought me a bowl of it...and I must have been starving because: it was darned GOOD. I mean, it's not something I would make for guests...but hey, it stores well and would be great for camping, etc. I might even buy another box just because it's handy to have on hand!

I'm impressed with Kevin's entrees and also the Asian curries from Sukhi. tikka masala, and a mango curry. refrigerated in packets. you basically heat and eat. I use the chicken/sauce ones. I add vegies, serve over rice. they were way way better than I expected. multiple flavors. when I need a fast dinner for whatever reason, these are great. refrigerated or frozen. I do stove top. not sure microwave would work well . I love curry but when I cook curry from scratch, I can't get the smell out of the kitchen. what smells wonderful for dinner now is not great a week later. I tried a fajita one from Frontera Grill but didnt like it at all.
these work great in a camper, or if you've had a long busy day and the cupboard is bare. fast easy, and good nutritionally and calorie wise. the kevin ones are labeled paleo which I'm not, but if you add peas or other vegies and put over brown rice they're great.
