I want to make pulled Jackfruit sandwiches to use up a can of jackfruit that's been in my cupboard forever but I don't want to use store bought BBQ sauce. I've seen a few recipes online but thought I'd check in with you guys too. TIA

I like mine. I think it is the onion that makes it stand out. It is a good blend of kick and sweet. I sometimes use ground mustard.
BBQ Sauce 1/4 c vinegar (I like cider) 1/4 c brown sugar 1 large onion, grated 1/4 tsp Tabasco 1/4 tsp paprika 1/2 c ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp yellow mustard 2 cloves garlic, crushed Mix all together in a small saucepan. Heat until mixture comes to a boil then use.

Thanks! I’ll try that next time. I got lazy and bought a bottle at TJs. It was ok but would like to make my own next time since it’s not difficult at all.
