Hello ! I have an 8 QT InstantPot Pro Duo Crisp + Airfryer. I was peer pressured into buying an Instantpot and went all out. I am about 10 weeks in, and this thing has changed my life. I would like to use the "Roast" setting using the Airfryer lid. I have a 4LB Pork Sirloin, and am having a hard time finding a reliable recipe for this. In order of priority, I'm really looking for this info : 1. Time/Temp, what temp would anyone recommend for a 4 LB Pork Sirloin, and for how long (I'm thinking 2 hours @ 380F ?? ) ? This is my biggest question. I'm probably just going to throw it on top of the metal rack. Though this is an 8 Qt pot, and it's big enough, it will simply not fit in the provided Airfryer basket item. 2. To sear all sides, or not to sear all sides (I'm thinking yes ! - Crispy sides !) ? 3. Since I'm here anyway, spices, etc - but this is not totally necessary. Please also note that this item is NOT trimmed, nor do I have the intention of trimming. I'm a fat side up guy for rendering purposes, though there is not much there anyway. Please also not that this item is "Bone in"Thank you all in advance for taking the time to read and/or help.

HEY HELLO and WELCOME to GFF!! So happy to meet you! I know nothing about this new kind of IP that you bought. Ditto anything 'air frying.' I have a grown son that might know something, because he does makes roasts in his IP, but I think not pork. Dunno. I can always ask. But maybe you need to ask at a dedicated IP forum (there are some). You mention temp. That confused me. The IP's I've used, don't give temps. I know I'm not much help at all. I'm sorry about that. Perhaps someone here might ask better questions and/or have better answers. Hope so. Was there anything mentioned in the bookket that came with your IP? If you've given up on using the IP for this pork (or even if not), you might want to repost your question to our recipe or food related section. We have many folks who do roasts, etc. Those folks might not be into IP's and so might miss seeing your post, but I bet they have good ideas for spicing and etc. And air fryers. Good luck and please: let us hear from you again. Catbatty Hello ! I have an 8 QT InstantPot Pro Duo Crisp + Airfryer. I was peer pressured into buying an Instantpot and went all out.
