The title sounded great and the photo delivered. It looks amazing. I'll add this to my menu planning. I'll probably use the Banza (chickpea) rice pasta, since I have that on hand.

this looks great! makes too much for two people but I can whittle it to half easily. dill is my only problem. not a fan though it looks lovely. I would try fresh basil.

After a friend at work also made and recommended this recipe, it was time to add it to our menu. I followed the directions except I used Banza chickpea rice instead of orzo, which cooked perfectly with the same timing. The dish was flavorful and the toppings of fresh dill and feta sauce brightened things up. I agree with traildoggie that halving the recipe for 2 is a good idea, but I do have leftovers for several lunches this week. I thought the recipe made 4 servings, but it is really set for 6 servings. Thanks for posting this applecrisp. It was fun to make and fun to eat.
