Title sort of says it all. I interlibrary loaned the ATK version and find it just so-so. Our machine has not arrived yet, so I'm just getting ready. If you have a Sous Vide cookbook or website you like, please share.
(This was DH's "wishlist" item and I am still coming to terms with having to learn new things in the kitchen; being an old dog, as they say).

I find all of J. Kenji Lopez-Alt's stuff insanely well researched and successful. There's a lot of sous vide stuff on the Serious Eats website, but this was my "gateway post" to the sous vide content (and sous vide shrimp remain one of my favorite uses for it):
