I had a bag of pretzels that have been sitting in my cabinet for way too long. It was part of a gift basket and I wanted to use it up. (If the bag wasn't opened it would have been in my donate bag, but I got the munchies one night and thought, hey, I have pretzels). So after looking online, I found this Food & WIne recipe for Mustard-Baked Chicken with a Pretzel Crust. The chicken is coated in a mustardy dressing then dredged in crushed sourdough pretzels, and then some of the dressing is set aside and used as a dipping sauce. Loved it!
