I thought this sounded good and a bit different. I love cherries and typically just eat them (by the bowl full) plain. in fact, I'm ignoring how much I spent today on them but hey the season is short. And they are soooo good! Cherry Walnut Couscous Salad Besides the cherries, it has Israeli couscous, toasted walnuts, black olives, feta, lemon.... In their blog post she wrote " a tasty and satisfying summer salad. It’s great on its own for lunch, perfect for picnics, and a beautiful side dish for grilled chicken, pork, or fish." www.thefoodblog.net/cherry-walnut-couscous-salad/Any favorite ways to use cherries?

Thanks for finding that recipe. I'm planning to use Brown & Wild Rice instead of couscous and to omit the black olives, at least this first time.
I have a a recipe for Balsamic Pickled Cherries that is unusual and excellent served with Christmas ham, or with pork chops.

Emma, can you share your balsamic pickled cherries. I cannot eat pitted fruit unless it is "dealt" with (cooking, drying, freezing), so that would be amazing. I was thinking of subbing white beans for the couscous. Love everything in that ingredient list. Thanks for sharing!!!
