I have some tahini on hand and I was thinking of trying this recipe since it is definitely different from the ways I typically use tahini (basically either in hummus or as a dressing). I had it on my computer for awhile (from a friend, I don't know the source). And I do have a sweet potato begging to be used. In my notes she served it with crusty bread and veggies.
Sweet Potato Tahini Dip
1 1/4 cups baked sweet potatoes, usually 2 small potatoes or 1 large 2 tablespoons tahini pinch cumin 1/2 teaspoon curry 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons warm water
Blend everything together in a food processor (I use a mini food processor), adding water one tablespoon at a time until it reaches desired consistency.
Any favorite ways to use tahini? I might need to pull out the food processor and make some hummus too.

Made this green tahini sauce with Nigella's Za'atar Chicken.
This noodle recipe is good and uses almost all pantry ingredients.
Did you make the dip?
