Looking for something that just yodels “winter holidays?” This cake is easy to put together, very gingerbready and appley! It was a big hit at our gathering last night, and I thought it was fantastic! It does call for boiled cider, I used KAF’s version (but could be homemade if you have the time). As written, it makes a small bundt but can be doubled. I had ordered a small Nordic bundt pan from KAF months ago with some discounts and used the lil cutie for this recipe. With a lightly buttered pan, the cake almost flew out when I flipped it, perfectly intact and swoon worthy!
