I have a few recipes that are simply opening cans and combining. For example:
Awesome Salsa
1 can diced tomatoes and garlic (no specific brand) 1 can diced tomatoes and sweet onion (no specific brand) 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro.
Dump into the blender and "bump" it (on off real fast) 4 times. Enough to break up the tomatoes but not enough to make sauce with them.
Now you have a really good salsa that is ready to eat.

HA! Well that's an idea! Especially good for when tomatoes are out of season. Presently, we chop some tomatoes from the garden, add onions and cilantro, salt and we are pretty happy with that. (We sometimes don't have any chiles but when we do, we chop a bit and add.) Tomato salsa is just so refreshing and just about everything we put it over or under seems to like it, too. Another open the can recipe is Chicken Tortilla Soup.
1 can chicken breast 1 can corn (creamed for a creamier soup, or regular) 1 can Ranch Style beans 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (add the water) 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro
Combine it, heat it, and eat it. Pour it over broken tortilla chips in your bowl.
