For those that might sell on Craigslist.....
I've sold some items on Craigslist over the years, and have a couple of things I want to post. When I post photos (taken with my iPhone) they don't take up the whole square given in my item listing. I think when I first started they were kind of narrow (I see that size on many other posts), but I figured that if I take the photo in "square" mode it is larger, and still not a big as they could be. Any ideas? Maybe that's the way it is with my phone) I'm total novice on photos....
Obviously not a big deal just wondering, and might be an easy change,
And while asking, do you typically up the price a bit so if they try for a bit lower and you agree, you basically get what you want?
It is interesting.... some take the price posted, and then I some will say offer you $10 for the item instead of the $40 I'm asking.
Thx

We recently discovered 'nextdoor.com' -- awesome. Users can select their own area (town, for instance) or areas... and people share all kinds of things on threads. For instance, free stuff...or stuff they are selling, or lost cat, found cat, suspicious activity seen, know of a good fence builder, etc. VERY nice. Really, actually: WONDERFUL. People helping people, neighbors I mean. Is fairly anonymous, too...so no worries about stuff. I've had a few nice people follow up with me privately via email, regarding lost animal things mostly. Also, great place to ask/find out about good places to eat, shop, dentist, etc.
