I picked up some corn today at the farmers market and made this farro salad with dinner. I had it with some leftover chicken. I used the recipe more as a guideline (and a reminder, oh let me use that farro I have on hand). It is basically, farro and "corn, raw tomatoes and basil, flavored with lemon and olive oil."
